How We Operate
So, should we find ourselves separated by racial, denominational and socioeconomic walls in the House of the Lord? The answer is no, we shouldn’t find walls of any kind in the church. Therefore, at The House of Worship we are an intentionally non-denominational, multiracial, intercultural church which purposes to bring all people together into the family of faith. We purpose to provide programs and ministries that both interest and meet the needs of people from a wide variety of backgrounds. In addition, we seek to fellowship with area ministries crossing denominational, socioeconomic, life position and racial boundaries. That is why The House of Worship is “A Place For All People…Really!”
Our mission is “To glorify God and to help others to personally know and grow in Jesus Christ. We accomplish this in five ways:
● Faithfully and uncompromisingly proclaiming God’s word.
● Being a place for all people…REALLY!
● Consistently seeking God’s face through worship, praise and prayer.
● Being Kingdom focused.
● Encouraging, Empowering and Equipping disciples for the work of the Kingdom.
Our Core Values
● The Word of God
● The leading of the Holy Spirit
● Authentic worship of our Lord Jesus Christ
● Believing and living our lives according to the Holy Bible
● Helping others to personally know and grow in Jesus Christ (making disciples)
● Caring and loving Christian leadership
● Unity in the Church family
● Reproducing ourselves spiritually

Greetings from Pastor Tony Collins
Warm greetings and thank you for visiting our website. In Galatians 3:28, Jesus Christ tells us through His prophet, the Apostle Paul that “there is neither Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female, for we are all one in Christ Jesus.” Christ died on the cross for our “ONENESS”. First for us to have oneness with Him and the Father; and then for us to have oneness as the Church of Jesus Christ.
Our Savior Himself prayed for unity and oneness in the church body. He prayed this prayer right before going to the cross.
The worship of Jesus Christ “in spirit and in truth” is our first priority. Our congregation is made up of many different types of people who worship together in a unified church environment. The House of Worship is a very caring congregation that strongly believes in reaching out beyond themselves to spread and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here you will find a warm welcome and an ample opportunity to grow in your relationship with Jesus and His Church. I am blessed to be able to pastor such a wonderful church family.
If you are seeking a church home, it is important that you know that everyone is welcome here regardless of ethnicity, social standing or financial position. We ask you to prayerfully consider being our guest and becoming a part of this family of believers through which Christ is performing many signs and wonders. We offer you the opportunity to help us build that which is unique, not only in Oak Ridge, but in the Kingdom of God – a truly diverse church that is standing on the Word of God, practicing the presence of God, and experiencing the visual evidence of the power of the Holy Spirit.
We pray to worship with you soon. We ask the God of all creation to bless and keep you to the glory of God the Father, which is shown perfectly in the person of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
